I have never made a Chili before, but I have a ton of Deer Ground meat from one of the deer I processed this year and need a good recipe. Any recipes would be greatly appreciated.

I'd wait to thank him after you make it and taste it. Some people like some tomatoes and spice in their chili.

There are multiple chili recipes in the recipe book. I recommend starting there.

Buy Mexine Brand chili powder and work from the recipe on the back of the container. Nice basic recipe to start with. There may be some in the Recipe Book at the top of this page, also.

Wick Fowler's kit is sufficient as well. As long as you are using ground meat there is no reason to reinvent the wheel.

Thanks everybody, I don't really frequent this board, but cool idea on the cookbook. Just printed it.
