Bump for the week, and wanted to post this pic. This is my filtering process I was talking about in a previous thread. I did the swirl and let sit 10 minutes technique before transferring to carboy. Didn't clog up my strainer nearly as much.

I need to try to filter mine better. I use a pretty fine screen, but not the screen that came with the funnel. I should use it too I suppose

Picture wasn't working for me so I reposted it.

1.062 is pretty big for a Pale ale huh? Black IPA came out to 1060 for me.
