murrikan, cheddar, swiss, a good hoop cheese on a saltine is hard to beat.

Stacy's Pita Chips (Parmesan Garlic and Herb) with Dubliner cheese is pretty tasty. We also like to pair a super sharp white cheddar with a sweet white wine. You will find your mix....

Smoked Gouda. It tastes like bacon and cheese to me. Delicious!!!!
I would pair most cheeses with a Sauvignon blac, Pinot gringo or Riesling. A little sweet to offset the salty

Parmigiano Reggiano
I can't believe i've used Kraft for ask those years growing up. Freshly grated is amazing, and takes dishes to a whole different level.

I prefer Ile de France brand brie, but I'll also buy President when I can't find Ile de France.

Brie works better with fruits. I like it with warmed up with pepper jelly and sliced green apples.
Aquistipace in Covington has an incredible amount of cheeses and helpful and educated employees (except the cashiers). I usually let them steer me to new things.
