who do you take regardless position?

and then Submit a lottery bound team and state your pick based on need.

i.e.

Mclemore is probably the number 1 right now, but

I'm the GM of the Pelicans-Otto Porter.

Hornets should get McLemore, then trade Rivers to Boston.

I like Oladipo more than Mclemore right now. He has a great motor, plays big in the biggest games, and even if he doesn't turn into a great offensive player he'd still be a lockdown defender.

And thats exactly why Oladipo is not a high draft pick.

Plumlee will be a better pro than Zeller.

Number-1 overall pick: Marcus Smart

For Pelicans: Shabazz Muhammad

In my hypothetical scenario, I have the Pelicans trading Gordon for Phoenix's first round pick; and the Pelicans also grabbing Otto Porter

I thought the hornets couldn't trade Gordon to Phoenix because they were the team that signed his offer sheet.
