I have no idea if Obama's stuff is legit or not. But if it was ever discovered that it was a lie, be it now or in 50 years, the left will come out and defend him.
The right should use Obama and this administration as an example, the ends justify the means...

Supreme Court denied the case. Needed 5 Justices to agree, apparently they didn't have 5 votes.

I don't really understand...seems like it would be pretty cut and dry. The number IS his or it isn't.

I would imagine something as simple as checking out ones social security number to see if it's valid could be done very simply with the many assets available to the gov? Either it's already been checked out and validated, or it's false and the powers that be already know it? Either way, something should have been validated on this issue during Obama's run for the presidency.

yea, I thought that a lower court had to have a ruling first, and then it would be challenged in a higher court, so it should already have a ruling.
If this is way wrong forgive me, I don't do law and hope to never know that much about it.

Geez, I can't believe you "informed" voters are so uninformed. This bat shite crazy women has been filing suits since day one and every one has been thrown out. Nothing of hers has or will ever get to the Supreme Court. She was threatened with jail if she filed anymore frivolous law suits.
