How can you eat crawfish at Cormier's? I tried this place again. Someone needs to tell these guys they are doing it wrong.
I had two pounds of seasoning poured on my five pounds for crawfish. It has to be a scam to sell beer.

She doesn't know the Cormier clan are SWLA people. They do pretty well with the way they cook crawfish. Many like them...some don't.
Two things I know from reading the OP's post. She eats like a girl...5 lb order...really? And, she doesn't care for spicy food.

There's something hats missed here.....
Cormier's has always seasoned their crawfish after boiling and let's them soak in an ice chest prior to serving. If you received a batch with an abundant amount of seasoning, they were most likely busy and this particular batch didn't have ample soak time prior to you getting your skinners on them.
An old friend used to cater with Cormier for a long time. RIP Dog. He always used to tell me this was the only way to cook them. I can take it or leave it, but you can't argue with their seasoning, when its done right.
