I am on anitbiotics. I may be wrong on this but I grew up hearing dairy, while on antibiotics would cause volcanic eruptions of biblical proportions.

I'm just drinking for dinner but I had this for lunch.
Farro salad with pea tendrils, artichokes, oil cured olives, apples, pomegranates, balsamic onions, kumquats. Seared yellowfin, blood orange tapenade, shaved carrots , micro beet and radish
