True, but most court cases are based in precedents. Why not be the guy who steps out on this shite and lays the hammer? And yea, it would probably be appealed, but whose to say the appellate judge wouldnt think the same thing? Then bam, you've got your precedent.

I don't know the exact time table, but it seems like she slept with 5+ dudes and got preggers from one of them. Then tricked him into marrying her for his military benefits.
The law protects women in these type situation. There is just too much precedent to overcome sometimes.
I understand the judge was just following the words of the law, but I feel like you should be able to do more than that. No way that you are bound directly from what has come before you, because this is pretty fricked up of this cold-hearted bitch.
We protect maniacal bitches, but not those who fight and die for our country overseas? Frick that

Man o Man. True story here. My ex1 is an attorney and when she heard ex2 was leaving me for someone else and in a rush to get married she warned me of THIS VERY THING. She said make damned sure that she is NOT pregnant before divorce is final. And if so, have her sign some document and getting DNA tests done.
I wrote it all off and thought nothing of it except to get her to prove she wasn't pregnant before divorce. But frick THIS IS SCARY IT CAN HAPPEN to a man who's wife get's pregnant by another dude!

So if you were awarded say 1377 a month after you were forced to pay the person 1377 a month in child support. Would you be taxed on the 1377 that you get back that you already gave as new income? Would the deduction on the payment even it out or would you be screwed again by uncle same?

In fact, unfortunately it took several high profile suicides from divorced dads for the courts to start being more fair with custody.
These fathers had their lives ruined by women and were unable to see their children because of the unfair custody laws and ignorant family judges. They lost their children, their homes, everything. They were busting their asses every day only to be forced to support a woman who left them and took everything. They said F it and committed suicide. Now the bitches get nothing and sadly the children are left without a father.
