Vasquez, Davis, Anderson, Aminu
Aminu has been the 4th best player on the team this season and has the highest net efficiency of any player on the team according to NBA.com
Lopez is the inverse of Aminu. He can score some but he plays no defense. And he's got more no shows than Aminu at this point.

I'd rank them:
Vasquez
Anderson
Davis
Lopez
Gordon (health)
Aminu

Unfortunately, he's an unrestricted free agent
I'd be shocked if he gets more than $4million per. He won't be a sexy signing for teams for the same reasons that most here shite on him- he's not a player on offense.

I can't really disagree. Aminu has been an very good surprise this year. I got put on blast earlier in the year for calling him a borderline elite defender, but I stand by it. He uses his length to affect multiple offensive players, but he is still young. The tools are there, though.

Do you think we give it to him? I hope we do, as the options at SF are very limited, but that also may drive his price up.

If it's around $4million, I hope they do as well.
They should still bring in another 3 who can be more of a threat on offense and push Aminu.

It will be interesting to see the market this summer. Teams are so cautious right now because of the new tax restrictions that it might tamper the ludicrous deals for guys like Aminu we normally see.
Then again NBA gms are gonna be NBA gms.

I agree with both of you guys on Aminu 100%

He's still the worst SF in terms of turnover ratio in the NBA - and for the third straight season. So it's no fluke.
You just can't have that

Just saw these tweets on HR:

Hornets holding out Eric Gordon vs. Cavs because of medical requirements, not the ongoing trade talks with Warriors, just to be clear.

Hornets G Eric Gordon likely to sit out WEDS at Cavs. Hornets having trade talks with Warriors centered on Gordon, reports Times-Picayune.

I don't think anyone gives him that much. The new CBA really hit the middle class and Demps has been getting great deals from players. I'd look for something more like what Jason Smith got.

He's getting better though. Last night he dribbled all the way into the lane before knocking it off his leg, last year he'd have turned it over at the 3 point line Seriously though, I have seen the improvement and if he can continue to improve while getting bench minutes then I'd be ok with a cheap long term deal for him.

Damn. Well if we don't get Klay we're not winning this trade

By the time aminu is of the retirement age, he could hone in his skills to be a real certified NBA starter.

Sources confirm the Hornets would be interested in any trade deal with the Golden State Warriors that would include second-year shooting guard Klay Thompson. But sources indicate the Warriors are reluctant to part ways with Thompson, whom they feel is a young emerging star.

Quite obviously it would be centered around Klay or Barnes, but not both. Got to think its Klay.
Unfortunately to make salaries work, it would have to include a dud contract like Jefferson or Biedrins.
I mean, I really like Klay, but I feel like we need more value than that, especially if we are taking on Jefferson or Biedrins.

Klay Thompson is a player that can satisfy my cravings. Imagine if we can, we could even use Ryan Andersen (if we still have him) in another trade deal to improve another position on the team.

Where's this from?
Also, huh. I really like Klay a lot, but Gordon certainly has the higher ceiling, despite his injury history, AND we'd have to take on a contract like Jefferson or Biedrins (who both have another year).
The other thing is that GSW has developed a balanced roster. If they trade for Gordon, they get an elite talent, but they go back to having a pretty small backcourt.

Nah
Having two three point shooters like Anderson and Klay would be freaking awesome. The lanes would open up drastically. You'd then have to find a player that could penetrate.

I have yet to see a proposed deal involving Andersen that I've liked.
Everyone seems to want him but no one wants to give up a player worth a shite for him unless he's being packaged with Gordon.
