NOw that Cam is o coordinator. He coached his brother at San Diego so there are ties there. Hopefully all positions on offense are open now and let the most capable player win the position with no preconcieved ideas or favorites as to who it should be. If Rivers or Jennings seem the most capable of running the offense, then they should win the spot. If Magee is better than Hillard, then he should get the 3rd string RB spot. If Vadel can't man the Left tackle position then move Collins over. Maybe Trai Turner moves to center and Fehoko takes over at Guard. Wright or Leslie over Beckham. Etc. Spring camp should be an open competition this year.

He won't get higher than #2 this year barring injury

whether he beats out Rettig or Jennings next year is up to him... but by many accounts he's got his work cut out for him.

I guess by default... but he'll be competing with Rettig and Jennings (both EEs) in spring practice I'm sure.

So you want favoritism or not?

None of these new guys will pass Rivers at 2. I'd be very shocked to see it. Rivers has years of experience over these kids that are still in high school.

All of the QBs that we will have on the roster in 2013 are in school right now.

They were both Early Enrollees.

God help us if this is his basis for making personnel decisions.

Rivers will definitely start every game in 2013. This is now set in stone.

Wow...So Rivers is better than Mett, and all spots are "open" yet you automatically say Magee is 3rd string...why is he not starting? He's seen more game time than Rivers has.

Mett's BBQ > Rivers' BBQ

Mett stays #1
