I was looking at the rosters earlier today and I told myself... I like Chat's team. He didn't really spend big dollars in the draft and got a nice value team. Should at least be in the middle of the pack all year... unless Cano gets suspended.

I took 2 early with Stras and Cano to anchor both sides then waited for prices to come down. I'm somewhat satisfied with my team being my first auction. Killed me a couldnt get Profar at the end though.

Well looking at my lineup now, I have Myers in AAA I'd hate to lose another bench spot to a minor leaguer.

I thought he was insanely overpriced at the time... then later I thought he was probably a bargain.

Just think, there was a Rodney sitting in your unused money at the end of the draft.

I had $13 left up until my last two buys. Part of that went towards Hart, but I could've gotten some saves with that instead.

I know. But I figured that when many of the managers have less than 5,000 posts.

I told myself to get Marte when I woke up today and didn't remember to look until 30 minutes after you picked him up.

I thought everyone cleared waivers tomorrow, actually.

Glad I checked this morning.

If anyone is looking for a 3B, I have Sandoval available. Looking for a 1B.

Also looking to get a 2 for 1 for either Sabathia or Weaver. Looking for SPs.

I took a lot of low price outfielders that filled up my bench, was mad at the end of the draft when I realized coild have had marte for a buck.

I'm pretty content with my team now but if anyone has any middle infielders or OFs with pop available let me know.

I will pick it up after the SBL slow draft finishes, and I post some in-depth preseason rankings.

I am going to add on the block players to the OP, so everyone can find it easily. Even if you just mention it in the thread, I will add them.

Also, I added team names to the OP.

Just went from a starter and a closer to a closer and a setup man.

Was really hoping Jockety would stick to his guns and keep Chapman in the rotation.

Maybe more upside as a starter but safer bet as closer. Considering what closers were going for he's a good value either way.
