i agree give it to the guys in charge. Maybe let them pick from those guys in the supplemental rounds as part of their pool

How about they throw the highest rated player they have in that position back to the pool? In other words they would have to send back the highest drafted WR on their team to select Derrick Griffin.
The way we did it before, I think it was whichever player of the same position you wanted to throw out. But makes sense that you'd throw back your highest rated guy at that spot.
To be clear, we would keep rolling these over until everyone was content. I think that's the best way to ensure all the "top" talent is taken... and I don't think we'd have an issue with teams picking and re-picking and re-picking over and over. From experience, like I said, most of the people last time were happy to keep "their guys." Pride factor.

I think if you do decide to go the Enfuego route, I would re-pick the order. The guys picking first certainly do get an advantage. If you knew now you had the first pick in the Enfuego round, you could hold off on taking a player at that position until the last round knowing that you could trade him for a first rounder the next day.
That all being said, I won't be Enfuego'ing shite. I have been regretting the guys that I traded away since we did it in 2010. Max Bullough for Jeff Luc was the big one.
We didn't have to give away our highest drafted player at that position in 2010, but I think that makes better sense in terms of keeping it fair.

OBUDan Selects:
Thomas Duarte, TE, UCLA
This kid is basically a gigantic WR and he can ball. He's listed as a WR a lot, but every thing I read from UCLA people says he'll be a split-out TE type and could play next season. Pretty excited he fell to me right here, as I was looking at him way earlier. I think this guy might be a taller Aaron Hernandez. His ball skills are pretty remarkable. Absolutely goes up and snatches the ball at the highest point. I love that trait in any type of a receiver, much less my TE. At WR, he's probably a marginal prospect, but at TE, he's got a chance to be very dangerous.

Hey Guys check out a few of my year one picks and see what you think.
RB Tony Pierson - Kansas
QB Daniel Sams - Kansas State (LA Kid)
WR Dominique Terrell - Virginia
RB Dominique Brown - Louisiville (converted from QB)
I have more but I am going to focus on a few players a day.
Personally I think this season I will see a lot of my early picks come to fruition.
Oh And don't forget I have Mettenberger LOL. I hope he can win some awards and a championship.
Super excited boys!!!!

Ill select the crushing guard from Texas A & M
Joas Aguilar OG
After watching this guy's tape I can't believe he was not ranked much higher. Really like this value!
