I respect you for your change in attitude. I'm not big art buyer, I think the last painting we bought was from Bed Bath and Beyond

In all seriousness....this is exactly what Obama wanted. He wanted more people to lose their insurance and put such a heavy burden on the insurance companies that the only REAL answer is government health care. Anybody that disagrees with that is not being honest with themselves.
Yep, all part of the single payer/completely government controlled healthcare plan. And quite honestly, if all the repercussions of Obamacare had been revealed up front, I don't know if it would have made a difference. The people who voted for him probably wouldn't care.

We were told Obama did this to get Americans not just illegals on healthcare. I am shocked.

Wait, I thought people wanted businesses to be able to chose for themselves? Now this is a bad thing? Guess y'all want Obama to force businesses to offer coverage?
THIS is what you got out of the FACTS presented? Seriously??? You just can't be this f*cking stupid. You really can't.

CBO said that this year's tax cuts have changed the incentives for businesses and made it less attractive to pay for insurance, meaning fewer will decide to do so. Instead, they'll choose to pay a penalty to the government, totaling $13 billion in higher fees over the next decade.
This. One of my clients who has five years to go before he can retire from Eastman Chemical, just last week told me that Eastman Chemical is dropping their insurance coverage and is electing to pay the $10,000,000 annual fine because the fine is cheaper. I haven't seen or read anything else to corroborate this, though.

So we basically have the same amount uninsured as before Obamadisastercare? Only a good portion of those uninsured before his plan chose to be.

The bid difference will be the big pay day the government is getting from those opting the penalty in lieu of employee covereage.

We have been trolled by Obama, Pelosi and Reid. The healthcare act was going to give coverage to 15 million uninsured which is 4.5% of population, but 7 million lose insurance, so the net gain is 8 million newly insured people or 2.4% of the populace. Brilliant
