So to get this thread back on track, does anyone hope we don't hire either of these guys and find a young unproven guy? Seems like the same names every year. There's a reason they're always looking for work.

I'm just saying that players responded to Williams' energy. I think spags is a good coordinator who was just a bad fit for our team. I think Crennel is a great coordinator who is a bad fit for our team. Ryan is too much personality. I want a young, energetic defensive assistant

I'm not familiar with the rams defensive rankings, but when we played them in 09, 10 & 11 they did a good job against our O. I think we need an attitude change on D. I think our defensive players aren't very good and judging from how they speak, they have a sense of satisfaction. Just a feeling, but I think they tuned him out because SP wasn't there to tell them to STFU and do as your told.
