That is called a straw purchase and each count will get you 10 years in jail. BTW if you havent realized it is currently illegal...

So what are the laws on purchasing a gun at a gun show? Are they the same as purchasing them from a retailer? Is there a background check when you buy a gun from a gun store or from a gun show? I've purchased guns from both and don't recall any sort of background check and got my guns right away from both.
