The media and the left (one in the same) constantly accuse republicans of wanting the nation to fail. Do you think Obama's machine prefers good news or would rather have bad news that they and their media can instantly blame on republicans?
I mean we know that negatives get people's attention, and we know it's easier to give the simple-minded democrat sheeple a bogeyman than it try to get them to understand economic principles.

Before that people were worried about the threats.
Really, the problem was that once Obama was reelected, that's when things tanked. People started making plans to sell assets. I doubt people were in a mood to buy, especially Republicans.
Think about it. We had a mini panic. People Also, probably sold stocks and now are repurchasing them to set a new basis point so they could take advantage of the old tax rates. People sold property too.
2013 will bring a cautious time as people try to figure out just what is going on.

In all fairness, why would they ever say anything different. The mechanism to convey messages to the masses is controlled by the liberals. They will never question the proclamations of the president as long as he is a democrat. It is the easy (and only) political play Obama and the Democrats have...I'd use it too.
