When do you start getting excited for LSU baseball?

As a kid, I couldn't wait. I'd be overly amped up 2 months prior to the first game. Now that I'm older, I won't start getting excited until a few days before. Could either be the teams success in the 90's compared to today or just my age.

It really amped up for me when the first poll came out this year. I was wearing my SEC champs shirt the day after LSU lost to Clemson.
