I'm not closing my ears, which is hilariously stupid to say lol. You want them to play 40 tonight and the same tomorrow. Do you know its a B2B? The rotations will get better but like I say this offseason and next season will dictate what happens. Idk what miracles you expect to happen, I mean honestly. Its you and three others with the same shite every game win or lose. You can have your whole coaching staff right from hornets talk.

Probably his biggest issue. As EG gets healthier and can play more minutes, we'll see either he or Vasquez on the floor more often.
I agree.

Right now two of our best players are on minutes limits(Davis and Gordon). Vasquez has no backup and Anderson and Davis can almost never be on the court at this same time, for defensive reasons.

Those are extremely limiting factors.

We've got a very top heavy team that has some rotational limitations that Monty has to juggle every night...tonight on the first game of a back to back.

We need an nba caliber backup point guard badly

Yea hopefully next year Gordon is completely healthy and Davis has bulked up to where he can defend centers. Plus whatever new players we get will also help

Winning isn't all that he is balancing. This team frankly needs more firepower on offense anyway so I support the almost win but tank.

Davis and Gordon are crazy fragile and or out of game shape. Monty said Gordon is still learning the defense and needs to be more assertive on offense.

Monty wants a deep bench in the future and for some reason is putting that into practice now with bad players (which he has said a few of them won't be in the league next year)

Monty's first year in the league he led the team to the playoffs and almost upset the Lakers.

My hatred? I don't "hate" Monty in slightest.

He's a very good defensive coach, who struggles with rotations and offensive schemes. I think you'll find many who would agree with that sentiment.

I'm not a complete fan of Monty's rotations but his options are limited. Yeah it's odd that Davis doesn't play in the 4th but it always seems like the PF on the floor is ballin so its justifiable. In the 4th Anderson HAS to be on the floor because you never know when he can catch fire and cut a double digit deficit in half or push a lead to double digits. Where would Davis have played tonight? Guarding Howard? Gordon is still on a minutes limit and even with Monty limiting him is still experiencing some tenderness so it's much better for the future that he is limited.

This is a huge factor. Followed by this:

To the people complaining about Monty's rotations, most of the time he's rotating his subs in with the opponent's subs. Our subs just don't cut it outside of Smith and Anderson. Rivers is still a rookie and getting bumps along the way, but will turn out to be at the very least a good back up to EG. How many teams have to put players like Brian Roberts, Lance Thomas and Xavier Henry on the court for extended minutes? None of the top teams do, that's for sure.

I like monty but some on here do defend him even if its small. Monty makes mistakes, bit hrs young as well in head coaching years and he always seems tp be dealing with injury until recently so he's learning to use the full roster.
He can make you scratch your head with some rotations and always seems to wait too long to call a timeout but he will be good.
He has Tue potential to.be a top coach but isn't there yet. He should.be where he needs to.be when the team is

My favorite is when we go 8-2 during a 10 game stretch and these same dudes are like "frick yeah, we will challenge for the 8 seed this season!! This team is good!!"

Then we lose a few games and its like "Have you see this terrible roster and what Monty is working with!?! What do you expect!?!"

Monty just rolls with what's working during a comeback, why ruin it.

I agree, Monty cannot coach. GM needs to start looking around soon.
