Voted for him, twice. I doubt he will be immune to the politician fever, but I like the fresh spunk.
And Vegas Bengal is a sad little hypocrite in this thread. I hope she tells us more about how she doesn't give credibility to people who bash Obama simply because he is a Democrat, and then does the same in the next thread. Or maybe we will hear more about all the black people she knows right after she laughs at people who claim to know black people. What a joke.

Some individuals do not understand formal writing. The letter is clearly directed to four individuals who had been pressured by Mayor Emanuel to cease business dealings with "American firearms manufacturers." He makes it clear that he will assist them in resisting this threat. He then (unlike the back room dealings of Mayor Emanuel) confronts his antagonist.
Exceptionally well written.

The attempt to paint Cruz as a hick from Texas is amusing. He's been quite successful in arguing before the SCOTUS... including District of Columbia v. Heller...
