There is an entire garden of veggies to put into that soup(corn, turnips, cabbage, diced celery, etc.) to call it veggie soup.

Yep. If it is your soup make it your way, I always say

Tried to find definition of Veggie soup and failed.

Of course, technically this is "Mama Bear Soup".

Not that it matters.

I had a Chicken and green chile soup in New Mexico at the Guadalajara Grill that was pretty close to drinking an enchilada. The waiter told me it was "Knorr" brand soup mix, just add chicken and a small can of green chillis and water\stock

I had a tough time finding it in BR, by a bunch the next time we went to NM.
