The one I don't understand is Colorado. Isn't Colorado pretty much Denver, and aren't the significant other cities in the state too far away to matter?

Why isn't it the Foxboro Patriots, or the Arlington Cowboys? Why is the Cincinnati International Airport in Kentucky?

Why isn't it the Coral Gables Hurricanes?
