I'm not sure you know the meaning of "histrionics".

in a frat house
You understand that right ? Like I might have sex with my wife, in my house. Not on the front lawn ? With a goat ? And there is a difference.... A matter of degree ? You know because civilization REQUIRES a certain level of decorum. A level of decorum and conduct that used to be observed .... That you might understand if you spent less time watching midget porn and posting 100 posts a day for NINE FREAKING YEARS. Face it, you guys have dumbed things down to previously unknown levels. Don't deny it, OWN it. Celebrate your ether-thin Kardashian goodness, SFP. Self-Actualize by Jerking off 6 hours a day to Celebrity porn. You can do it. It's your destiny.

Right because of the war on drugs, not violent crime, which is what I thought we were talking about.

Kappa Sig? I was a Lambda Chi.I liked them too.Mostly uptown New Orleans people. They stuck to themselves, all the other fraternities had good relationships with them.

yeah the increase was int he 80s and 90s, not today "morality" is nothing more than a list of behaviors that negatively affect society. it's a never-ending trial and error process we had an increase in negative behavior in the 70s-90s, and we adjusted in the 90s to combat this negative behavior that's progress

Not KS, the greaseballs across the street from you. I watched your house burn one morning (we had nothing to do with that, btw).

When Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn touted the city's fourth-straight year of falling crime in February, hundreds of beatings, stabbings and child abuse cases were missing from the count, a Journal Sentinel investigation has found. More than 500 incidents since 2009 were misreported to the FBI as minor assaults and not included in the city's violent crime rate, the investigation found. That tally is based on a review of cases that resulted in charges - only about one-fifth of all reported crimes. Yet the misreported cases found in 2011 alone are enough that Flynn would have been announcing a 1.1% increase in violent crime in February, instead of a 2.3% decline from the reported 2010 numbers, which also include errors.
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

The CQ Press, bases its rankings on a Crime Index which dates back to 1960 and only combines the eight main offense categories: murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft and arson. However, the FBI stopped using the Crime Index in 2004 because, as Fischer states, “the Crime Index and the Modified Crime Index were not true indicators of the degrees of criminality.”

It all started in the 60s and continues to get worse. Hippies, drug use, women working instead of raising the kids, birth control, etc.

I'm not so sure that is what it is.... I think it has to do with how well-off we are as a country. We are so well-off that we can do stupid shite and whine about insignificant problems. Back 30, 40, 50+ years ago, people didn't have time to be wasting on stupid stuff like now. People became wealthier, their kids became spoiled, and now we are a nation of brats.

Its socially acceptable to have neck tattoos and tats on your fore-arms too. I love going to a fine-dining restaurant and have my waiter place my plate on the table and see a huge wrist tattoo.
