Question for you ballers:
How much money do you have to have in your checking account to make you feel comfortable?
I like to try and keep mine at a certain level, but Mrs. Black says that I'm being too conservative and that I shouldn't be concerned if it drops below what I want.
Reason I'm asking is bc I'm trying to start saving again, but it seems like if I want to keep my account at the level I'm comfortable with, I'll have to sacrifice the amount I put in savings

I try to keep mine at 1200 or so, but it's been dropping to 800 and the wife says that's more than enough.
Guess ill try it out and see. I haven't paid a house note yet, so I need to try it now rather than later

Ours is usually around $2800 or so. I get way paranoid if it gets below that and I don't know why.
