So? That somehow changes the fact that you just ROFLed at somebody for saying Vasquez is a great value and then put Lin as a top 11 point guard in the league? Opinions crafted off of a Linsanity ESPN feel-good movement from last year are fun but should certainly be left out of discussions when you are trying to ridicule people for their NBA knowledge.

You can't take it out of context. Nobody was saying he is better than Rose or any other star. The question is if Vasquez+max player in addition to Gordon is better than injury prone Rose and no more cap room to sign a max player. Arguments could be made on both sides, but it is pretty reasonable. Instead, you just ran to the More Sports Board to bring it up completely out of context. Also, you were the only one being called an idiot as I recall.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

Fair enough. I guess I assumed you were posting with the same self-righteousness that the OP had. Unfair association by me, I guess.

ESPN has him as a "pg" under statistics thought Isaiah Thomas technically starts...the kings have so many pg-sg combo guys and injuries to thomas there isn't a definitive answer.

Chris Paul is the best point guard alive and has been for quite some time now. I'd take Westbrook after him, and then a healthy Rose, and then Rondo. But Paul (at his best) is the only point guard I can think of right now who may be able to win a championship as the best player on his team.

He's been pretty lights out on an absolute garbage team. Practically single-handedly beat Blazers yesterday. Not third best, but he is really good.

The question was who would you take over Vazquez and nothing more. The only ones he definitely said were Paul and Westbrook. He gave excuses as to why he wouldn't take others. He then flipped his original statement to Grevais is a top 12 PG.

I left because I won't win any argument on that board. They don't like me because I call them out when they post bull shite so they stick together when I'm in the discussion. Also multiple posters responded to his original post In the thread with the lol emotion. Mainly because it was that stupid.
