The difference is that most pills prevent fertilization rather than implementation.
It seems IVF is lab induced fertilization and then implementation. The embryo being created via fertilization and frozen before implementation.

This is all setting up for the top 75 teams or so to be in 2 or 3 giant conferences.
They will then have enough leverage to ALL leave the NCAA and create their own self-governance agreement.

The "Industry Ranking" accounts for the discrepancies in a recruit ranking from each of the major recruiting services. Akin to an average between all the services.
On3 has its own ranking.
So they are indeed both 6th and 12th - 6th by on3 and 12th as an industry average. ...
