Staying on St. Charles in Uptown for the weekend.
How does my dining plan sound?

Saturday Brunch: Atchafalaya
night: Boucherie
Sunday Brunch: Coquette
Dinner: Upperline
Monday Lunch: Cochon

Reservations have been made to all.
Trying to stay in that area. Ate at Cochon Butcher a couple weeks ago and loved it and want to try Cochon.

UPDATE: Can anyone recommend a good bar that is low key or has jazz music in uptown for saturday or sunday night?

Postgame:
We had an awesome time this weekend and enjoyed eating some wonderful food. Thank yall for the help and i will be posting some food pics later.

Sounds like a solid trip. If you don't have reservations I'd get them asap.

I wouldn't change any of that.

Agreed. I really like the Upperline call. One of the few good places open on Sunday nights Uptown.

I will try to get them tonight. Did not even think of that. Thanks for the suggestion. Do I need them for all? Have never been to any before.

You need reservations at all. Boucherie might be the hardest as it is extremely small.

If you can't get in to Boucherie for whatever reason, an alternative plan would be Coquette for Dinner and Atchafalaya for Brunch.

I also enjoy Surrey's for brunch. It's not as fancy as the other places on your list.

Yes. Especially Boucherie. That's a tough one to get these days. Coquette may not take brunch reservations. You should be fine for Upperline but I'd make one anyway. Cochon for sure you will need one if you don't want to dine at 9:30 pm.

Also I like the replacement of Coquette dinner and Atchafalaya for brunch if your plan doesn't work out. Also consider La Petite Grocery as an alternative to brunch or dinner.

Thank you all for the recommendations. I have added Atchafalaya to brunch on saturday. I am working out dinner plans with a few people in the city so that I can make reservations this evening.

Reservations made for Boucherie, Coquette, and Cochon. Waiting on my brother to find out about Upperline. What bars in that area are nice to be at Saturday or Sunday night? Low key type places or maybe a piano/jazz bar type place.

Might not have jazz, but a few suggestions would be the bar in Column's Hotel on St. Charles.

A nice restaurant bar that ususally has a piano player on the weekends is at Delmonico.

See if there are any shows around the uptown places. Forgive my spelling, maybe someone can help me.... Dos Jeffes

That place looks good as well. We are staying between Napoleon and Louisiana on St. Charles so that works out well. I will call you find out if they have music. Thanks.
