THIS is a lot of ticks:
It's hard to stay out of the woods and tall grass doing the what we love to do - that hobby we love oh so much, so cover up and remember to check your working dog and yourself often. Every nook and cranny.

I think that dog had to be bathed or lathered in some balm to smother all of those. There's no way a vet would painstakingly sit there and pick all those off and feel like they didn't leave any remaining or parts remaining.
@ BnB: That's sad, and someone should call the ASPCA on them!
