Who do you take right now regardless of opponent this coming Sunday?

Stats are from the date Kaepernick got his first start.

I like Ryan because there is some proven longevity and pretty good consistency as well. I know I am gonna get a pretty good game.

Kaepernick is on fire though and so much more is possible, so that's a fine answer right now

Don't see how it's a joke. One QB is more in the traditional mold where success has been proven and has been consistent. Ryan has years of more experience. Colin is part of the new model and has only started 8 games.

Because Kap has the "it" factor and could turn out to be one of those special guys.

The other is stuck in mediocrity and will always be average.

There have been plenty of QBs who for whatever reason can't maintain consistency after their initial break through. Nothing is guaranteed.

And years less left of his career. The question who would we take today and the answer is Kaepernick. Younger with a higher ceiling. And after a while you are what you are, Matt Ryan won't magically become an elite quarterback

Kaepernick

Running element plus Ryan has the est set of skill players in the NFL and with an emphasis on passing cannot get to the next tier of QBs
