Another one I like is to soak breast in milk, garlic, peppercorns, and rosemary overnight. Wrap in applesmoked bacon and grill to medium. In a small pan heat about 1 cup of raspberry preserves/jam with 1/2 stick of butter. Drizzle over cooked breast and enjoy.
