Im just sitting here at the camp drinking with my Grandpaw,Dad and brother and to me this is what life is about spending time with family,I cant wait till my son is old enough to come out here.Good luck tomorrow fellas

Yes sir, I love goin out to camp and throwing back some beers with my dad and pow pow and older brother.. Nothing like it

Same here...Dad is gone now as is my papa.Its not the same as when I was growing up and we would go to the camp on weekends.We had a 10x12 morgan bldg that we built bunks in.We would sit outside with a little fire and listen to the game.All we had was a couple over the air stations on a black and white TV....I would love to go back to that time...Hunting was magical back then.

I agree. Back when live was more simple hunting was much more enjoyable.

No doubt about it. I would give anything to be able to sit by a fire, at the camp, with my dad and listen to an LSU game, just one more time

some of the old ones weren't all good, guys.. nonwarm clothes, freezing, sleeping on dirt floors, outhouses, etc..

i do miss the days with my pow pow, though.. he was da man!
