Turns out it was torsion. Had to get the nut removed I'm just getting home. The pain pills have me woozy but the pain is bearable.

You literally only have about 4 hours to fix the torsion once the onset. You must be a tough Motherfricker. Every guy that i've seen in my career with torsion were rolling around on the ground grabbing their nuts crying.
