Yes - it is selfish for us to see them go. But the kids want to go where they can play for championships. Play early. Be developed. and get in the show.

That is LSU.

some of you are priceless - completely ignorant of the elite level LSU maintains - and how it all works.

Keep telling yourself this. There is nothing good about the exodus from the program that just happened.

My nominee for new president of the Posi-Tiger Foundation.

That is some true optimism.

How this draft turns out will determine how attractive this is to recruits.
Even Miles said that it's a big risk to go early if not drafted in the top 2 rds.

If we have a large number of early defections that are drafted low/not drafted, that's not attractive to recruits.

If 2 RBs left early b/c of a "log jam" how is that attractive to recruits who want to play early?

Now if we have 9 guys drafted in the top 2 rds, that says a lot about our talent pool.
Opposingly, what would that say about coaching that that much talent just finished the season ranked 14th? Real question...

Finishing 14th in the polls and 87th in offense is not elite!

Losing practically the entire junior class along with the seniors is not elite.

Now saying the kids may get playing time given the fact that everyone with experience is leaving may be true and draw some kids in, however none of this equates to assurance of playing in a championship game. Not now, not given where we are today. Not happening. We were 9 points from a 7-6 season this year!
