Thinking this may be in the works for tonight.

Have they work out the kinks that plagues almost every new restaurant?

If so, what are the "go-to" dishes there?

We had pretty good service when we went (only once) and the patio is a decent place for a few beers but the food was just not good at all.

I went once about a month ago.

Meh is a good description. Didn't really dislike it, but I'll probably never go back.

I think I'm done with Portico...finished...no need to go back.

I'm not a cigarette nazi, but I flat out don't care for smoke and their cold weather setup has the "outdoor porch" area now mostly enclosed, meaning even though I was indoors at the bar, someone was able to light up at the same physical bar just an arms length away from me with nothing dividing us. I understand that the flaps surrounding the porch are considered temporary, and I'm glad they keep people warm, but I just can't enjoy myself in an indoor smoking area. Basically, they have the outdoor smoking area enclosed, but the area between smoking and indoors open to each other, which makes no sense at all.
