I know it's been talked about before but do y'all think we would be interested?

I think he's done. He took a paycut from like $8 million to $1.5 million to stay with the Blazers his last year there. If they thought there was a chance he was coming back I don't see why they wouldn't have kept him around for the minimum.

I'm very interested if he wants to play for free. Anything more and I'm gonna have to pass.

If he can get in shape he'll go to Miami.

If he's smart he'll go to Phoenix.

I read somewhere last year that he wants to play for Miami, so if he can into game shape, I'm sure they would sign him on the cheap.

this.

Sad thing about Oden is people forget how good of player he was when he was on the court.

People start screaming "Bust" when in I think that term is more fitting for the Kwame Brown/Michael Beasley types. Oden was a game changer defensively.

but no, he's done.

I thought he'd be a bust coming out of tOSU. I wouldn't want him even if he was healthy. Offensively challenged.

true, but he was efficient with the ball. Tyson Chandler is challenged as well.

The Heat are interested in him. I dont think he'd be more interested in us unless we pay him more. And they only way I'd want him is if he came cheap.

Oden reminded me of Alonzo Mourning, although it's hard to judge how athletic he was given all the injuries.

If we can get him for the minimum, I wouldn't mind taking a shot on him. We could do much worse for a backup center.
