I'd go Stroube's, LA Lagniappe, and the Le Creole.
I'd go to Little Village downtown and get the bread before walking to Stroube's for dinner maybe. That's about it. Admittedly I've only been once but I was not impressed... I've always enjoyed meals at the other three.

From that list, Louisiana Lagniappe. However, I've never had Le Creole or Stroube's so I can't really judge them.
