I actually stand by everything above that I posted.
In the case of jacer, I was incorrect about his behavior as he is one of the rare intelligent open minded posters on this board.

Absolutely it does.
When you give money to poor people who don't pay taxes, the government DOES NOT GET ANY MORE TAX REVENUE.
The government should be giving all of the money to the richest so that they get back the most taxes.
The only way to get more government revenue is to give the money to the rich people.
It's not that hard.
