Seriously, it sounds almost like you have an eating disorder and you could probably stand to gain a few pounds. If you start making yourself puke, take laxatives, or starve yourself (even more than you are now) after one of your pizza "binges" because you feel guilty about overheating, then you definitely have a problem.

Now if you just feel like crap physically because you ate bad, that's kind of normal. It seems like most people who eat healthy all the time and then eat something fatty feel sluggish because their bodies aren't used to it.

This has to be a troll thread. I'm 6'1" 190 and I worked out and ran a mile earlier. Then I got home and ate 3/4 of a pizza and now I'm drinking a Budweiser. I feel fantastic.

No remorse for me ... of course I'm never "on a diet" either. Lost 10# since June ... 64-65" and 122 give or take a lb.

Run 3 times a week; probably about 15 - 20 miles depending more for weight bearing exercise than anything.

If I want something I go ahead and eat it. I just cut out the cookies, chips, candy except from time to time ... like I said if I want it I eat but NOT junk on a regular basis.

No remorse here.

I've been on this new diet since New Year's Day and working out/running more. I've already dropped 5 pounds. Well tonight, my brother in law and sister convinced me to go get ice cream with them and my nephews. I only had a one scooper, but I still left kinda disgusted with myself.

So I feel ya man

Its never what you eat.

Its how much you eat.

And if you are really running that much, you are undereating big time with that caloric count.
