Burger and fries or fried pickles. Not sure which.

Along with vodka.

As in deep fried?

Or hammered out and pan fried?

Have never done either, just curious.

Both are great, but pan fried takes the cake for me.

I didn't think so when I had them. Had it twice, but didn't cook them either time.

Teal breasts (small) are good pounded thin rolled n seasoned bread crumbs and flash pan fried.....

We killed only big ducks today, so these were cut thin across the grain n small pieces, soaked n milk and hot sauce. They will b tossed n flour/garlic salt/tonys and fried n acast iron skillet.

The fries are baked to serve hot with hot duck!
