shifted around a few things
upgraded the mobo to a
ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AMD 760G Motherboard - Micro ATX, AMD 760G Chipset, 1866MHz DDR3 (O.C.),
and changed the 2 4gb sticks from 1333 to 1600
for $2 more

damn, you're too late. I got this one for $69 2 weeks ago. It's pretty baller for a budget mobo.
ETA: LINK The open box for that mobo you're looking at is only $40. You'd probably need to pick up Sata cables though since they don't come with anything beside just the motherboard (so i've read anyway)
Here's a much better board for you for only 8 dollars more.
