Totally agree. If Miles doesn't improve then JA needs to go. Miles makes all of LSU look like a bunch of idiots. Who in the H@ll grants pay increases to someone when his performance continually decreases!! -- Losing to Clemson-- good grief-- how low will we go????! I feel bad for the players. They deserve more and we deserve more. Miles isn't hungry for wins anymore -- just hungry for money. Wake up JA!!!!

IMO Miles has gotten complacent. There is no sense of urgency, there is no fire and there is no accountability. He needs to be shaken.

When you say "shaken", do you mean like losing to an inferior ACC opponent on NYE on national television a year after getting shut out of the National Championship game?

No one cares about your bullshite opinion. (Unless you reveal your identity and are employed in the football office or are directly related to someone who is.) Please STFU.

You seem to think you have a good feel for Les Miles. Read this entire article and you might have a flicker of a clue: LINK

try the Charlie Mac era where we played second fiddle to Bama.

NO, with a regular SEC schedule and an expanded SEC we can become fourth fiddle in the West with A&M and Arkansas easily making us their bitch.

hiring a real OC?

As a fan is there any way to ask JA or CLM for this (other than posting on the rant)?

I searched for a petition for this but only a "fire Miles" petition came up. I am not for firing a HC that has the best winning percentage we have ever had. He does need a real OC however.

Funny stuff.

Last year, people wanted Alleva to sit Miles down and tell him to stop running the ball.

This year, people want Alleva to sit Miles down and tell him to stop passing the ball.

JA needs to have a sit down with Miles in the next two days and demand the termination of Stud and also give Miles an ultimatum that he get his arse in gear or he will face certain termination.

Wouldn't we owe Les Miles about $20,000,000 if we fired him ? I just don't think "certain termination" is going to happen !

The only thing Alleva is working on is the annual Les defense letter to the fans.

I can't wait to see the patronizing drivel he spews forth this year.

That's my take. LSU football is Coach Miles. He will be here for many years.

This is the best that it will ever be.

Miles needs a good OC to be successful. This is not the best it COULD be. It was not perfect under Saban but it was better. We have not had a top 25 offense in over 5 years. We can certainly do better. Miles is a good coach but a average at best game day manager.

Last 2 bowl games:

1. Did not cross 50yd line until late in 2nd half.

2. Zero 1st downs in 4th quarter in a game we led in.

Two bowl losses in a calendar year is a very telling statistic. Recall when Bowden's FSU began their decline from center stage, and what that looked like. And Les Miles is no Bobby Bowden.

Alleva screwed up. The future is very bleak with Miles as head coach. Nothing changes except that top recruits will take notice and go elsewhere.

Thanks for the link. Les Miles is a good man. He needs an even better OC so his coaching tenure can rise to even more than it has been. I believe that is possible. What drives me nuts is that Coach Miles seems blindly oblivious to this screaming need. He's shooting LSU and himself both in the foot by refusing to do the one thing that can only help fix what's been broken.
