Dolla, as for your question about the Iraqi soldiers. I can tell you in the first Gulf War, I worked an EPW camp (POW). These guys were pretty respectful and courteous. You have to remember though, in the first Gulf War they were dug in for months waiting for US to invade. We simply bombed the frick out of the for a month, making the ground invasion a push over. They were surrendering to anyone, including a CNN news crew.

Lake - may not mean much but you did everything you could possibly have done that day. In hindsight I know you wish you could have done more - but I would imagine that Jake and others see that you were heroic in your actions.
Please talk to a counselor at the VA, Vet Center, or privately and get into a vet support group. I salute you as an American hero and pray for Jake and his family. Thank you for your service. If there is any small thing I can do to help let me know - put it on this board. If it's a place to stay for a weekend at Disney or some fishing in Central FL - it's time the regular Joes in America do something ordinary to give back.

Damn hit the makers a little to hard last night. No area code is not 228 that's my football number and year I was born. Thats fine if you question my role over there, I question it nearly every day. Here is a pic of us right before we left Jake is bottom middle all of us were there that day minus Doc he is not in the pic and 8-ball took it. We were some bad arse good looking dudes I must say, well minus Turbo. I'm top second from left. 
To the guy who asked about what happened I felt no dis respect. Hung over and headed to the hunting camp to celebrate my little girls birthday. Peace out OT
