Yea since I can't be respectful in a pair of shorts... This whole dress thing goes back to when on rich people could afford suits.. So they had some merit... Now any swinging dick can go to men's warehouse and get 42 ties and 17 pin stripe suits for 19.99 plus s&h. So it really doesn't mean shite anymore... Except people like to feel important so they put on clothes that they think makes them important.

I agree a suit should be worn at occasions like this. But like I said, this is just not something men bitch about. If you see a guy wearing something other than a suit, sure you notice it, maybe even shake your head a little at them. But past that, let it go.

Anything less than semi-formal (coat, tie, slacks) for a wedding or a funeral is just disrespectful.

I like to dress one step above the groom, just so everyone knows I'm the real deal.
People who dress well get treated better than sloppy dressers. If this isn't already Considered a fact, someone needs to go ahead and do the research as a formality.

Besides the fact that weddings don't mean much anymore besides for friends and family talk about how much they spent. Just another pissing contest in life
