A decent OL could do him good.. and some QB coaching.. but he's been less than desirable this season.

McShay's an idiot. Kiper is better, but not all that good. I personally like Mayock.

Thomas really does have the potential to be a solid NFL quaterback if he could get some proper coaching. Virginia Tech hasn't had a fundamentally sound quarterback in about as long as I can remember. I think that falls back on the coaching.

I haven't watched enough to form a fair opinion on the guy but va techs line played worse then I have ever seen before. His best plays were avoided sacks though
