Smart people right there. Could easily get 1,000 for an AR at minimum and they're getting 200. Also, didn't the OB and PT already prove that AR's weren't used in Newtown?

I hope Louisiana does this cause I'm thinking about going sit in the parking lot with a couple thousand and give cash money for decent guns instead of cards, or even offer $25-$50 more.
