IMO The Sopranos smokes Breaking Bad. I know I'm gonna offend the BrBa fans on here but The Sopranos is on another level.

Agreed. My favorite show of all time. Breaking Bad is great television but each episode of the Sopranos is like a mini movie experience for me. I constantly go back and rewatch episodes here and there. Even when I channel surf and run into the censored cable tv version I will still stop and watch it. It's just the greatest tv ever.

Do you have HBO? They're showing it weeknights at 7 CST on HBO Signature. It's still in the first season. I'm enjoying the hell out of watching it again. Or you can watch on HBO Go.

Season 2 started last night and I love the opening with Sinatra singing!!!

Glad I found this!! I look forward to the next episode

I'm about to begin the series finale.

I'm dreading finishing the series so much that I've been delaying watching the final episode.

Oh man, I wish I could watch that show again with virgin eyes

It's definitely some of the best TV of all time. HBO had an amazing run during those years. I was really into Deadwood too, if you haven't caught that do that one next.

I still don't know what to think about the end. It's probably the right way.

I started this thread 2 months ago. I finished the series in 2 months.

I have my own opinion about what the ending meant. That's what is great about it. Everyone can have their own interpretation.

I'm not sure the wire can top the sopranos or BB, but i didn't think the sopranos could top BB when i started that either

I loved The Sopranos. First of the must see shows I watched. But I liked The Wire better. More characters. More storylines. Less centered around one character or group.

Both are top notch though.

The Wire is a very close second to The Sopranos in my book. Breaking Bad is great and all, but to me it is not quite in the same league as the other two
