Not cheap. It's a full grand, but they'll break it down into quarterly payments of something like $25 or so.
Though better to pay it off sooner rather than later. Reason being is that as a full Life Member, you're eligible to get discounted life memberships for your kids from time to time. That's what I did for $400 per kid.
Do it, do it, do it......
However,
-don't give them your phone #
-don't give them your email address (or just use a temporary one)
-don't express interest in any programs.
This will keep any subsequent solicitations to a minimum. They'll give up after a couple years and leave you alone.
