Take the dog and the video to a vet and they'll put him on the right medications to prevent it from progressing. If you don't do anything it could remain the same or get worse. Seizures aren't very fun. You could be dealing with anything from epilepsy to an intracranial tumor. Good luck, hope everything works out ok.

I know you all were really concerned.
