Not that I didn't respect the dude anyway, but this 30/30 gave a new appreciation for him as a smart guy that kept things in perspective.
Would love to see him & Nugent bowhunt.

It's been on ESPN2 tonight. God, I totally missed seeing Bo in action. The strong silent type who did things for the love of doing it, for his family, and for God.
The total opposite of Bo Jackson would be 'Prime time' Deion Sanders. Opens his mouth at all times, loved the attention, loved getting girls and partying, etc.
BO KNOWS.

I'm 26 and didn't grow up at the right time to watch him play but he is probably my favorite athlete of all time. His autobiography is awesome. Edited by dick Schaap, a guy I have/has extreme respect for.
When Espn didn't the centuries 50 greatest athletes. Bo Jackson was ranked #50. He got one first place vote, by dick Schaap, who was probably the most respectable man at Espn at the time. So it wasn't surprising that Jeremy Schaap was one of the guys in the documentary.
The documentary is basically an hour highlight reel.

ESPN fricked up EVERY showing of this 30 for 30 so far. Every. fricking. Showing.
I have it set to record for the 5th time on 12/21. Hopefully, it doesn't get pre-empted for tape delayed HS girl's JV lacrosse.

You mean as far as airing it or the quality of it?

Don't tell me stuff like that!
I realy don't want to like someone from Auburn!

Hearing Bo describe the recruiting process of him selecting Auburn is great!! Definitely glad he stuck it to Bama. I thought the documentary was done well...just wish the bearded guy would shut up he was pointless.

I think the founder of Buckmasters (Jackie Bushman) played tennis for Auburn, I'll bet they do some hunts from time to time.

The time. There was always some overrun of the previous program, like last night with NFL Live.
I set the DVR for the fourth fricking time, checked it this morning, and had recorded 30 minutes of NFL live and 60 of the 90 minutes of the show.
