Hey Folks,
Chef Jason and I have worked out the menu for our upcoming get-together.
There will be a choice of two (2) entrees.
Catfish Diane – Catfish Filet stuffed with crabmeat & shrimp, broiled golden, then topped with a creamy seafood sauce with fresh lump crabmeat.
Served with a dinner salad, stuffed potato and homemade honey glazed carrots and your choice of tea or a soft drink.
$26.50 which includes tax and gratuity.
Or
Grilled Duck Breast
Served with a dinner salad, Steamboat smothered potatoes with a rosemary demi-glaze topping and fresh grilled zydeco beans and your choice of tea or a soft drink.
$27.25 which includes tax and gratuity.
Dessert will be offered from the dessert tray - is optional - and the price will depend on the selection.
There will be a cash bar.
Doors open at 5:00pm and the meal will be served after 6:00pm.

Do you mean hunting after the season is closed, or after legal shooting time when it is dark and they fly out of the thickets into the ag fields? Because I'm pretty sure I've witnessed someone do both...in my presence...of course I was objecting and refusing to participate the whole time.
