Rue 127 on Carrollton or Cafe Minh on Canal. BTW, Minh's has a kick arse happy hour daily from 5-7 with buy one get one free at the bar.

Second the listing for Mondo's. It's Susan Spicer's moderately priced place. Have always enjoyed a good meal there, and it has a great wine list.
